The Patkuli viewing platform is part of the oldest district in Tallinn. Built in 1903 to connect Toompea with the Lower Town, the 157-step Patkuli stairs lead up to the platform from the edge of Toompark near Snelli Pond.

he Patkuli viewing platform can be accessed in two ways: via Toompea Street or by climbing up the Patkuli stairs. The platform offers a magnificent overview of the town wall and its towers, St. Olaf's Church, the Kalamaja and Kopli districts, and the harbor.
