When arriving at Old City Harbour, Passenger Terminal A, the street in front of the entrance features a Kiss & Sail drop-off zone. The main entrance door has level access into the building. In the ground-floor lobby, which is equipped with an escalator and lifts, you will find the designated Meeting Point for passengers with reduced mobility.Please note that the main information desks are 110 cm high, which may reach eye level for wheelchair users. To assist passengers, the port provides 3 standard wheelchairs. On the ground floor, 2 accessible toilet cubicles are located inside the main public restrooms (men's and women's sides) with a seat height of 43 cm (45 cm on the second floor); however, an emergency alarm system is not available. The pedestrian boarding tunnels to the ships are 200–300 meters long with steep inclines of 6–8%, but horizontal rest platforms are provided every 15–40 meters along the way.
