A cobblestone path leads from Kohtu Street to the viewing platform. The platform can be accessed via a stone-paved path. Next to it is a staircase with 3 steps. From there, you can enjoy one of Tallinn's most famous panoramic views, featuring the medieval red roofs and church towers of the Old Town set against the modern city skyline.
