Accessibility description

The theatre has several halls. A wheelchair stair lift provides access to Ferdinand’s Hall. Visitors wishing to use the other halls should call in advance to arrange assistance. No accessibility solutions are provided for people with visual or hearing impairments.

Electric wheelchair users should inform the theatre of their wheelchair dimensions when purchasing tickets so that access can be assessed and arrangements made to ensure access to the hall.

The wheelchair user and their companion are seated in the first row of the stalls in Ferdinand’s Hall. For performances in the Small Hall, the first row can be accessed with a wheelchair up to 90 cm wide; unfortunately, this is not possible for all productions.

An accessible toilet is located in the foyer of the theatre building at Lai 1, where the aquariums are situated. It can be reached using the wheelchair lift near Ferdinand’s Hall.
