Citybox is a self-service hotel located in the Porto Franco complex. Please note that there is no traditional reception desk or front desk staff on-site. Upon arrival, guests check themselves in and print out their room keycards using the self-service kiosks located in the lobby.
Currently, there are no specialized facilities or solutions for visual or hearing impairments.
