Accessibility description

There is a designated accessible parking space across the street in front of the Central Library, but it is relatively far away, approximately 200 metres from the office. The nearest regular parking is in the paid car park next to the building at 15 Estonia Boulevard. At the corner of the street, a person with reduced mobility can be dropped off and picked up on the pavement, and a client can also be assisted in the car.

The exterior handrails begin at the fifth step. The office is located on the second floor. There is no lift or accessible toilet. The interior staircase has handrails on only one side. No accessibility solutions are provided for people with visual or hearing impairments.
