The best access from the sidewalk is from Niguliste Street, with an incline of up to 8%. Parking is available along the sidewalks of nearby streets. There is no parking on Lühike Jalg Street; parking is permitted in the paid parking zones on Niguliste and Rüütli streets. A EuroPark private parking lot is also located on Rüütli Street, where no parking discounts apply for disability card holders.Movement with mobility aids is limited to the first floor only. Navigation there is obstructed by some high thresholds and steps. The staircases leading to the second floor and the basement lack handrails in some places. The threshold is 4 cm high, which is higher than the standard (standard is 0–2 cm), and there is a 12 cm step in the courtyard. There are no specialized solutions adapted for visitors with visual or hearing impairments.
