Accessibility description

The best access from the sidewalks is Niguliste Street, up to 8% slope. You can park in the nearby streets along the sidewalk. Short foot street parking is not. You can park in the paid parking area of Niguliste and Rüütli streets. There is also a private parking lot for EuroPark on Rüütli Street with a handicap card

no parking discount.

Moving aids only on the 1st floor. Movement is hampered by some high thresholds and steps. The stairs on the 2nd floor and the cellar sometimes lack handrails. The threshold is 4 cm above the norm (norm 0-2 cm) and the yard is 12 cm.
