Accessibility description

Accessibility
By car: A spacious outdoor parking lot, a 5-story parking garage and an underground parking lot are available to visitors. Separately marked, wider parking spaces are intended for families. In addition, there are charging stations for electric cars. Parking is free for the first 5 hours, after which it becomes a fee. Free parking begins with a license plate recognition camera and parking ends automatically when the customer leaves the parking lot. If the parking time exceeds 5 hours, payment can be made using the usual methods: the pargi.ee application, SMS or the Snabb application.

By bicycle and scooter: There are convenient scooter and bicycle storage facilities for visitors at the entrances to Ülemiste Center. The bicycle parking lots are equipped with a universal bicycle pump and are located under a canopy.

For visitors with disabilities: The layout of Ülemiste Center ensures that the chapels, cafes, restaurants and services are accessible to people with disabilities. There are specially marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the parking lots. The center has modern and comfortable
elevators that provide access to all floors. Each floor has accessible toilets adapted for people with reduced mobility.

For visitors with visual impairments: the center is accessible to visitors with visual impairments – information at the entrances is described in Braille on the building plans. Tactile names in Braille are installed on the facades of shops and restaurants. Visually impaired and blind visitors are welcome to the center with guide dogs.

The information desk is located on the first floor and is open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and on Sundays from 10:00 to 19:00. At the information desk you can buy Ülemiste Center gift cards, ask for information about shops and services, rent wheelchairs, strollers and charge mobile phones. The information desk also manages items found at the information desk and delivers public announcements. First aid is provided if necessary.
