Accessibility description

A small garden-shaped observation platform on the western side of Toompea offers a beautiful view of the Pelgulinna and Kalamaja settlements. This hidden square is also known as the Bishop's Garden. In the 18th and 19th centuries, the gardens belonging to the Cathedral Church were located here. During the renovation, a medieval well was restored and paradise apple trees were planted in the garden. The two oldest oak trees on Toompea are also located here.
There is also a toilet with disabled access. Pot height 45 cm, armrest height 91 cm. There are no solutions that take into account the special needs of the visually impaired and hearing impaired.
