The closest accessible parking is located on G. Otsa Street by the Drama Theatre (2 spaces). Sidewalks around the building are flat and can be navigated independently by wheelchair users. Parking is also available on Suur-Karja Street. The ramp lacks handrails. On the Pärnu Road stairs, the handrails begin at the third step from the bottom and end at the second-to-last step from the top.
