Hobuveski, located at the end of Lai Street, has belonged to the City of Tallinn for more than six hundred years. Historically, as its name suggests, the Horse Mill was used to grind flour using horse power when watermills outside the city walls were out of operation due to drought or when the city was under siege. Wheelchair access is available. Visitors with mobility impairments are asked to contact the Tallinn City Theatre sales manager before the performance (tel. 665 0888, anni.heinaru@linnateater.ee).
