There is no designated disabled parking near the entrance, the nearest 2 disabled spaces are ~100 m away in front of the main building. The building is accessed from the library via a gallery with a gentle ramp. The gallery connected to the main building is accessed by a lift near the lobby. The disabled toilet is located on the first floor. There are no solutions that take into account the special needs of the hearing impaired.
